Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MugenLink Network (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (18 in jurisdictions where contracting age is higher) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
• One person or entity per account; sharing logins is prohibited.

3. Plans, fees, and refunds

Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers carry different rate limits, feature access, and SLAs as described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Use the Service to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful conduct.
• Resell raw API output as a competing data product without a written agreement.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written consent.
• Submit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.

5. Data and intellectual property

The Service's software, branding, design, and curated dataset compilations are owned by MugenLink Network. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service per these Terms.

Underlying public blockchain data is, by nature, public. Our value is in indexing, enriching, and serving it reliably; the raw on-chain facts are not proprietary to us.

6. Customer content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (watchlists, alert configurations, notes). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to deliver the Service.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Enterprise SLA terms, where applicable, are governed by a separate agreement.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Blockchain analytics output is informational and not investment, legal, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and obligations.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD 100 OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order form or, if absent, the jurisdiction of MugenLink Network's principal place of business. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted; small-claims court remains available.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance via email or in-product banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
