This Cookie Policy explains how MugenLink Network uses cookies and similar storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) on our website and dashboard. It complements our Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. It lets the site remember your actions and preferences over time. Similar storage technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB) serve comparable purposes and are covered by this policy.
These cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. They handle authentication, session continuity, and security tokens.
We currently run no analytics tooling and set no analytics cookies. We record your choice now so it is already honoured if we introduce analytics later; if that happens we will update this policy and re-prompt for consent. Were we to enable it, the purpose would be aggregate usage patterns — anonymized, and not identifying you personally.
We currently do not run advertising or remarketing campaigns and therefore set no marketing cookies. If this changes we will update this policy and re-prompt for consent.
We set no third-party cookies. Sign-in is handled by our own self-hosted identity service on our domain, so the session cookie described in §2.1 is first-party.
When you first visit the site you are shown a consent banner with three options: accept all, reject non-essential, or manage preferences. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the control, also linked in the footer of every page and in Settings on the dashboard. Your choice is stored in your browser as mugenlink-cookie-consent; clearing it re-displays the banner.
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies via their settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break authentication and log you out.
We honor the GPC (Global Privacy Control) signal where supported and treat it as an opt-out from non-essential cookies.
We will update this policy when we add or remove cookies. Material changes will trigger a re-prompt for consent.
