ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT ▮

This statement covers everything served from mugenlink-network.me: the public site you are reading, the team directory at /team, and the authenticated dashboard. It does not cover third-party content we link out to.

We target WCAG 2.2 level AA. The site is partially conformant: most of the standard is met, but some parts do not fully conform, and those are listed in §04.

This assessment is a self-evaluation carried out by the team that builds the site. No independent accessibility audit has been commissioned, and no formal evaluation report exists. We say so plainly because “fully conformant” is a claim we have not earned and cannot currently evidence.

The following are implemented across all three zones:

• A skip link is the first focusable element on every page, jumping past the navigation to the main content.
• Focus is never suppressed without replacement — interactive elements take a 2px visible focus ring in the active theme colour.
• Animation respects prefers-reduced-motion: the cursor blink, ticker and flash effects stop when your system asks them to.
• Every page declares its language and uses real landmark elements and headings.
• No content is delivered as an image of text, and every image carries a text alternative.
• The interface has one typeface and one type scale, and reflows without a fixed width.

These do not currently meet our target. They are listed so you know what to expect before you hit them.

• Small controls. A few compact controls — notably the theme selector dots in the header — are smaller than the 24×24 CSS pixel target size WCAG 2.2 asks for (criterion 2.5.8). Every one of them has a larger equivalent elsewhere or is a preference rather than a task control.
• Charts. Trend charts carry a text summary, but the bar charts and sparklines do not, and none of them expose their underlying numbers as a table. Data visualisations are therefore not currently a complete non-visual equivalent.
• No automated checks in CI. Accessibility regressions are caught by review rather than by an automated gate, so a regression can reach production between releases.
• No screen reader certification. We have not completed a structured screen reader pass over the authenticated flows, so we cannot claim they are verified with assistive technology.
• Contrast across themes. Contrast ratios have been checked in the default theme but not systematically across every colour theme the interface offers.
